SHIPPING POLICY

At TechFrance, we are committed to delivering your favourite haircare products to you quickly, safely and reliably.

SHIPPING LOCATION

We currently ship across all serviceable PIN codes in India.  International shipping will be available soon.

Processing time

  • Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

dELIVERY TIME

  • Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen logistics issues.

SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above Rs. 999/-.

  • nominal fee of Rs, 49/- is applicable on orders below Rs. 999/-

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select pin codes with an additional fee of Rs. 50/-.

ORDER TRACKING

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking lick via email and SMS.  You can also track your order in the "My Orders" section of your TechFrance account.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

At TechFrance, your satisfaction is our priority.  We offer returns only under specific conditions, as outlines below :

eligibility for return

You can request a return or replacement if :

  • The product is damaged or leaking at the time of delivery.

  • You receive an incorrect product.

  • The product is expired or defective.

To be eligible:

  • You must initiate the return within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with seals and labels intact.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

  1. Email us at techfranceprof@gmail.com with your Order ID and Clear Images of the product issue.

  2. Our team will verify your request within 2 business days.

  3. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or request you to ship it back.

  4. Upon receipt and inspection, your replacement or refund will be processed.

refund process

  • Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.

  • COD refunds will be processed via band transfer or UPI.

Non-returnable items

  • Used/opened products.

  • Free gifts or promotional items.

  • Products without original packaging.

important notes

  • TechFrance is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, public holidays, or natural events.

  • In case of unavailability of reverse pickup, we may request customers to send the item to our warehouse at their cost (reimbursed upon Varification).
