ORDER POLICY

  • All order are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. For changes, please cancel and place a new order if eligible.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of suspicious activity, stock issues, or system errors.  In such cases, the full amount will be refunded.

PAYMENT POLICY

  • Returns accepted only for damaged, expired or incorrect products.

  • Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after verification.

cancellation policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch from the "My Orders" section or by contacting support.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.  You may refuse delivery or initiate a return after delivery, if eligible.

  • All TechFrance products are professionally tested and comply with standard safety norms.

  • Please read instructions carefully and perform a patch test before full use.

  • TechFrance is not responsible for reactions due to misuse, allergy, or pre-existing conditions.

  • Promotional codes and discounts are valid for limited periods and may not be combined unless stated.

  • Any misuse of promotional codes will lead to order cancellation.

  • Free gifts with purchase are subject to availability and cannot be exchanged or returned.
